PARTNER
Better fertilizer scales through partnerships.
Reform Bio builds a regional fertilizer platform around the partners who already know the feedstocks, growers, markets and infrastructure. From raw material to field application, we're looking for practical partnerships that help move better nutrient technology into agriculture.

THE PLATFORM
From residual to field to market.
One platform connects five kinds of partners: feedstock and manufacturing, ag retail, growers, food and energy markets, and research. Each contributes a piece the others don't have.
RESIDUAL FEEDSTOCKS REGIONAL PRODUCTION AG RETAIL FARM FOOD & ENERGY MARKETS
AG RETAIL & CO-OPS
Improve NUE and ROI without changing equipment or grower practices.
The challenge. Retailers and cooperatives are being asked to improve nutrient efficiency while protecting margin, simplifying operations and avoiding products that require new equipment or complicated application programs.
New fertilizer technology has to fit the realities of bulk handling, blending, tendering, agronomy and field application.
Where Reform Bio fits. Reform Bio products are designed for familiar dry-fertilizer handling, blending and application systems.
A partnership can begin with targeted acres, agronomic evaluation and grower programs, then expand into broader distribution as performance, demand and economics are established.

FEEDSTOCK & MANUFACTURING
Turn residuals into a long-term & valuable offtake partnership.
The challenge. Forestry, food processing and agricultural businesses generate large volumes of carbon-rich residuals that can have limited markets, low value or expensive transportation requirements.
Moving low-value biomass long distances can quickly work against the economics.
Where Reform Bio fits. Reform Bio evaluates residual biomass as a potential raw material for engineered biochar and regional fertilizer production.
Feedstock composition, moisture, logistics, conversion performance and nearby fertilizer demand all help determine whether a site can support a viable production node.

FOOD, ETHANOL & SUPPLY CHAIN
Drive meaningful Scope 3, ESG, and CI progress by moving the needle on nitrogen use efficiency.
The challenge. Food companies, ethanol producers and agricultural buyers increasingly need to improve the environmental performance of the acres supplying their facilities and brands.
Nitrogen fertilizer is a major part of that equation, but grower programs become difficult to scale when they add field passes, operational complexity or practices that do not create clear value for the farmer.
Where Reform Bio fits. Reform Bio can help improve nitrogen-use efficiency while reducing synthetic nitrogen requirements where agronomically supported and supporting single-pass fertility programs where agronomically appropriate.
For downstream buyers, those improvements can contribute to broader strategies around:
- Higher NUE across contracted acres
- Fewer fertilizer applications and associated field operations, where agronomically appropriate
- Scope 3 programs tied to agricultural production
- Lower-CI grain for food, feed, fuel and biofuel markets
- Water-quality outcomes through reduced nutrient loss
- Grower programs that create value without requiring an entirely new farming system
Help build the infrastructure behind the acres. Reform Bio's regional production model also creates durable biochar carbon.
Food companies, ethanol producers and other downstream buyers may be able to pair grower programs with long-term carbon offtake agreements, creating another potential source of project revenue while helping Reform Bio finance regional production capacity.
A partner does not have to choose between supporting better fertilizer and supporting new manufacturing infrastructure. We can build a partnership path, together.

GROWERS
Better fertilizer that simplifies your operation while creating ROI.
The challenge. Growers are managing fertilizer cost, weather risk, nutrient loss, multiple nitrogen passes and operational complexity, all at the same time as fertilizer prices keep climbing.
Too many new products ask growers to change practices, add passes or adopt new equipment without a clear return. A new fertilizer cannot simply perform in a laboratory. It has to fit equipment, labor, application windows and farm economics.
Where Reform Bio fits. Reform Bio makes dry, pelletized fertilizers designed for familiar application systems, lower nitrogen rates where agronomically supported and single-pass fertility programs where agronomically appropriate, without asking growers to change how they farm.
Grower partnerships also provide the field feedback needed to understand handling, application, crop response and product fit under real farm conditions.

RESEARCH & VALIDATION
Find out if Reform Bio's platform works with what you're already building.
The challenge. Fertilizer, feedstock and biological companies often need to know how a new technology performs alongside what they already have, whether that's a companion fertilizer, a specific feedstock source or a microbial or fungal product, not just whether it works on its own.
Compatibility questions like these are hard to answer from a data sheet. They need real testing, under real conditions, with real materials.
Where Reform Bio fits. Reform Bio works with universities, research farms, agronomists and technical partners to test our platform alongside partner materials, from feedstocks and biologicals to companion fertilizer products, through material characterization, nutrient-loss studies, greenhouse work and field trials.
The objective is not simply to produce favorable data. It is to understand how our technology performs alongside yours, and where it can make your product better.
